urdu support

Sir, How can I install urdu support in a urdu joomla Infect I downloaded the urdu joomla version from this site and I test it locally using wamp server but all the text appears in(?) question marks how can I make urdu visible ? regards :music: when I installed urdu phpBB, same happened
