Churchill , Mountbatten , Victoria
Before the creation of Pakistan , one time Malang Ji went to Lahore for some personal work. At Lahore railway station, while he was waiting for the train, he heard and English couple calling their dog "Tipu , Tipu". Malang Ji looked at them shockingly and felt annoyed. How can this English couple call their dog after the name of a freedom fighter , Tipu Sultan , who was known as "Tiger f Mysore"?
Feeling upset , Malang Ji counteracted what the English couple did by buying some rotis (breads) from a nearby tandoor and gathered the station's stray dogs and came close to the couple. He started calling the dogs with the names: "Churchill, Churchill" , "Mountbatten , Mountbatten" and "Victoria, Victoria", and famous English figures of those days. This made the English couple very angry and they looked at Malang ji with eyes full of hatred. Meanwhile a crowd had gathered around them and someone from the crowed asked Malang sahib
"Why are you naming these dogs with English heroes"
Answering the man, Malang ji explained daringly in perfect English, then he addressed the English couple directly saying:
"If you can name your dog after our hero, why can't I name these dogs after yours?"
