Feeling Suicidal

I remember my urdu literature teacher once told the class about an Iranian novelist. There was something mysterious about his novels that many people committed suicide after reading them. I never tried to get a novel of that writer as I had no plan to end my life at that stage of my life.
Today, I read a news item about a British couple, who travelled to Sweden to get assistance in committing suicide. They could not get any help in their own country because the British doctors don’t believe ending someone s’ life so easily.
I suspect Swedish death clinic doctors have some kind of relationship with Al-Qaeda. A number of doctors in Pakistan were being arrested due to their alleged connection with the terrorist organization. The terrorists, who were involved in Glasgow Airport attack, were also doctors. So, there is a kind of connection between doctors, killings and Al-Qaeda.
I have just finished a book which reminded me the suicide urging Irani novel. After reading this book, I am unintentionally praying for a disaster, fatal disease or an episode of trauma in my life. This book has not been written with the intention of evoking pessimist ideas in the mind of the reader. Neither the writer is from Iran nor he ever been to Swedish death clinic. He is a lawyer by profession. The lawyer s’ job is to save lives even that of murderers.
Contrary to the above mentioned negative after effects of the book, it is supposed to be a motivational book. The writer “Adam J Jackson” believes that we can turn a problem into opportunity. The book titled “Flip Side” is full of stories of such people who experienced the worst possible situations in their life and instead of accepting their fate they turned the greatest obstacle into greatest advantage.
He says, “The list of people who have been fired but gone on to achieve incredible success seems endless”. So, if you are fired from your Job. Dont worry...just read the Irani novel.
