But hospitals are still opened
Nurses will be the first to come in contact with suspected COVID 19 cases..people are afraid to touch their own face but nurses are to touch everyone they take care of...
The politician and the nurse who should be paid more!

Following is my answer.

I never stop my colleagues to earn more. But first of all make an aim of your life. You aim should not be material. No mother deliver a baby for material gain. She feels it her insult. No mother feed her baby for material gain. She feels it her insult. She is proud of having a baby, taking care and feeding (NURSING IS FEEDING FROM YOUR THE BLOOD IN YOUR BODY) Don't take nursing lightly.
Baibi Fatima (the daughter of our prophet) also used to work as a nurse. She used to treat injured.


Do earn more. Do save more. Do a side business. But don't compare medical profession with material.
You nurses are doing a great job. You are not getting enough to meet your both ends. You should be equal to any other profession. I support all these slogans. But I can't leave my passion to get these rights. I will prefer to teach my colleagues and juniors and treat my patients. This is my PASSION and I will never compromise on my passion. I am following my heavenly dreams where alot is waiting for me. More than half of my life is already gone, rest of it is melting like an ice cube in sunlight. So I don't have time to think about worldly goals.
This message is written as a nurse and not as your boss. So you should make your own INFORMED decisions and never undermine yourself or your profession.

Nurses and doctors are true heroes of society and saviours of humanity. May Allah bless them all.

Can nurses eat passion? Can they pay school fees with passion? Money is what they need. It’s not an easy job and requires significant qualifications. It should pay accordingly

PS. I don’t know how much nurses are paid in Pakistan in comparison to other professions

Now the situation is getting comparable. Nurses are living decent life with family. In pakistan both partners need to work to meet both ends. Government is not giving for raising children. So both have to work. Many times nurses are working for their own without money pressure
My nurses are well qualified and getting handsome amount as compared to any other place

My aim is to get them ab extra diploma in intensive care
After that their value will be doubled both here and middle east
They are not seeing what I am trying to say.
Sir if you follow your passion and excel, money will come after it
But nurses change job for may be 5000 rupees

Sir if they are short sighted they will find even another job for some more money. Main problem is changing the attitude towards work

May I know if someone from medical profession may comment or if someone with nursing background may comment. I think both male and female are working almost equally in hospitals but our hospital has a preference for female nurses for different reasons. I have found both equally capable

I have seen both working in the Finnish hospitals. My perception is that the female nursing staff is more than the male staff.
