جی وہ میں نے اپنے بھائی سے کہا تھا کہ چیک کرے میرا آئی ڈی اور پاسورڈ ۔۔۔ایک کام کریں۔ سائٹ سے لاگ ان ہو کر اپنا پاس ورڈ بدل دیں۔ پھر اس کو میسنجر سے لاگ ان کر کے دیکھیں۔ ویسے ابھی کچھ دیر قبل آپ آن لائن ہوئے تھے

ٹھیک تو نہیں ہوا۔۔ مسئلہ ویسے کا ویسا ہی ہے۔ اس گفتگو کے بعد نیتھن نے مجھے سکائپ پراپرلی حذف کرنے اور اس کی سب رجسٹری فائلز حذف کرنے کے بارے کہا۔ نیا سکائپ انسٹال کروایا ، پر مسئلہ ہے کہ جوں کا توں ۔۔۔ پھر میں نے دوبارہ سکائپ والوں کا دروازہ کھٹکھٹایا ۔۔ اس بار کوئی پیٹر چارلزنامی سپورٹر سے بات ہوئی۔ اس نے بھی کچھ ٹپس بتائیں جن پرعمل کیا پر پرابلم ختم نہیں ہوئی۔واہ عمر جی، تساں تے پڑھنے پا دتا اے اسکائپ والیاں نوں۔اوہ وی کیہہ یاد کرن دے!!
جب ٹھیک ہو گیا، تو بتائیں۔
اور اس چکر میں رات کو میں اپنے سسٹم میں ایک اور مسئلہ پیدا کر چکا ہوں۔جب میں سکائپ کے اس جھمیلے سے تھک ہار گیا تو میں نے کہا "کھسماں نوں کھاؤ، وڑو بئےکے" ئی چلدا تے نہ چلے۔ پھر میں نے ایک مووی دیکھنا شروع کر دی۔
اسی دوران میرے دماغ میں آئیڈیا آیا۔ کہ شاید سسٹم کو ریسٹور کرنے سے یہ پرابلم حل ہوجائے۔ دوبارہ بوٹ کیا سسٹم ریسٹور پہ لگا دیا۔
یہ پراسس چلتا رہا پھر سسٹم ریسٹارٹ ہوا۔ میں نے ایم ایس کانفگ میں جا کر سارے سٹارٹ آپ سافٹوئیرز بند کر دیئے۔ اور اس بار جب سسٹم ریسٹارٹ کیا ہے تو وونڈورز کے لوگو کے بعد لاگ ان تک سب ٹھیک ہے، میں پاسورڈ داخل کرتا ہوں ونڈورز کا چکا گھومتا ہے، پھر تھوڑی دیر بعد ایک سیاہ سکرین اور ماؤس کرسر آجاتا ہے اور ڈیسکٹام نظر نہیں آتا۔ (او تری)
پھر میں سیفموڈ میں کیا وہاں سے لاگ ان کیا تو ونڈوز بوٹ ہوگئی سارے ڈاکومنٹس ڈی میں موو کئے۔
اب صورتحال یہ ہے کہ میں اپنے سسٹم کا ڈیسکٹاپ نہیں دیکھ سکتا ۔۔۔۔۔۔

میں نے اپنا آئی ڈی اپنے بھائی سے اس کے سسٹم پہ لاگ ان کروایا۔ وہاں اوپن ہوگیا
اپنے بھائی کا آئی ڈی اپنے سسٹم سے لاگ ان کیا تو اس نے لاگ ان نہیں کیا
میں نے نئی آئی ڈی بنائی اسے لاگ ان کرنے کی کوشش کی پر وہ بھی سائن ان نہیں ہوئی۔
اور اب میرا سسٹم ہی دغا دے گیا ہے، ابھی اپنے آفس کے آئی ٹی والے کو فون کرکے بلایا ہے، شاید وہ کچھ مدد کر سکے سسٹم آن کرنے میں۔

میرا سکائپ لاگ ان نہیں ہو رہا۔ جب میں نے سیب سائیٹ پہ اپنا لاگن اور پاسورڈ دیا تو وہاں تو لاگ ان ہوگیا، پر جب میسجر سے لاگ ان کرنے کی کوشش کی تو تو ایک پیغام لکھا آیا۔
پاسورڈ تبدیل کر چکا ہوں ، نیا ورژن ڈاونلوڈ کر چکا ہوں۔
سکائپ کے نمائندہ سے بھی بات کر چکا ہوں ، ان کے مطابق میرے اکاؤنٹ میں کوئی مسئلہ نہیں اور ایکٹیؤ ہے ۔۔۔
ابن سعید اور باقی محفلین جو مدد کر سکیں۔ فوراً سے پہلے رابطہ کریں کہ میری گھر بات نہیں ہوئی آج۔۔
آفس کے کمپیوٹر سے لاآن بڑی مشکل سے ہوتا ہے وہ بھی دو دن ایک ہفتے میں ایک آدھ بار۔۔
لیکن گھر سے فٹ سے ہوجاتا ہے
یہ یہاں کے اتصالات کی طرف سے ہے

سر سسٹم میں نے سکین کیا تھا میک اے فی اور پھر پھر ونڈوز ایسنشل سے، پر وائرس نہیں تھا۔ ملوئیر بھی چیک کئے تھے اور جو تھے وہ خذف کر دیئے تھے۔

کوئی ایسے ویسے ۔۔ہم سوچ رہے ہیں کہ ونڈوز کے مسائل بھی خوب ہوتے ہیں۔
خیرآفس سے گھر جا کر سسٹم تو چل گیا تھا، رات میں نے ریسٹور بھی کر لیا ہے۔ اب سسٹم تو ٹھیک ہے، پر سکائپ (ا ک پ) نہیں چل رہا۔ موبائل یا کسی اور سسٹم سے وہی لاگ ان پاسورڈ چل جاتا ہے۔

سر میں یہاں کے انٹرنیٹ سروس بٹلکو سے رابط کر چکا ہوں، ان کے مطابق وہ کسی کا سکائپ بند یا روکتے نہیں۔
میں بھی کسی دوسری سسٹم سے آن لائن ہو سکتا ہوں، پر جب سسٹم سے وہی لاگ ان نہیں ہوتا
